| 摘 要： | 社区矫正在全国范围内试行,预示着我国刑罚制度由重刑主义向轻刑主义演化,这种新的行刑方式亦存在许多问题和不完善之处,检察机关须改进法律监督的职能,并向社区矫正全方位延伸,才能使社区矫正工作达到预期的矫正效果。

| Abstract: | The implementation of community correction throughout the country shows that China’s penal system is changing into slight doctrine from heavy doctrine,but there are plenty of problems and imperfections in this new execution-style.Procuratorates must improve the function of legal supervision and extend to community correction comprehensively so as to make community correction achieve the desired correction. |
