| 摘 要： | 职务犯罪线索管理工作的进一步完善对于检察机关及时、高效查办职务犯罪案件有重大的现实意义。现阶段职务犯罪线索管理工作存在诸多问题,应对其实施统一管理,重塑线索管理流程,并进行配套制度的建设。
