社区矫正检察监督措施探究

社区矫正是我国对监外执行罪犯的一种具有帮教、安置、矫正的执行方式。目前社区矫正工作仍存在立法不完善、监管不得力、程序不健全、检察监督定位不明确等问题,在逐渐完善社区矫正立法的同时,检察机关应当积极探索社区矫正检察监督的方式与方法,努力推进社会管理创新。

On Measures of Inspection and Supervision to Community Corrections

Community correction is a implementation modality of assistance and education,placement,and correction towards probation offenders in China.However,there are some problems in community corrections,such as inadequate legislation,ineffective regulation,unsound procedures,unclear location of inspection and supervision,and so on.While gradually improving the legislation on community correction,procuratorial organs should actively explore the ways and means of inspection and supervision to community corrections and make efforts to promote innovation of social management.
