| 摘 要： | 未成年人财产权保护没有形成统一的立法体制,司法保护不健全,应建立未成年人财产权的统一规制,制定统一的未成年人财产权法规,完善监护制度,设立监护人管理财产的监督制度。落实未成年人财产权的程序法,完善未成年人财产权的特殊立法。

| Abstract: | The protection of property rights of minors has not formed a unified legislative system,and the judicial protection is not perfect.We should establish a uniform regulation of property rights of minors,develop a unified property regulation of minors,improve guardianship system,and set up a supervision system of guardians’ managing property.We should implement the procedural law of the property rights of minors and improve the special legislation of the property rights of minors. |
