| 摘 要： | 检察机关作为国家宪法赋予职权的法律监督机关，能否在实际工作中履行好监督职能、有效化解社会矛盾，是促进和巩固执法公信力的原因和动力。提升检察机关执法公信力的路径，主包括三个层面：日常执法活动的规范化、涉检突发新闻事件的合理应对、公信力理念的强化及相关制度的完善。

| Abstract: | Whether procuratorial organs, as the legal supervision organs with the authority entrusted by national con- stitution, can fulfill oversight functions in practice and effectively resolve social conflicts or not is the reason and mo- tivation to promote and strengthen the credibility of law enforcement. The path to enhance the credibility of law en- forcement by procuratorial organs mainly consists of three levels ： standardization of everyday law enforcement activi- ties, reasonable response to breaking news involved in inspection, strengthening of the concept of credibility and im- provement of the related systems. |
