| 摘 要： | 家庭暴力,尤其是针对妇女的家庭暴力,越来越成为现阶段凸现的一个社会问题,法律是现阶段解决家庭暴力问题较为实际有效的办法,虽然我国现阶段尚无单行的《预防和制止家庭暴力法》,但在全国一些地区已然陆续制定了一些地方性法规和规章。未来的立法对一些问题是否应予规定,如何规定,是关系到立法成功与否的关键所在。

| Abstract: | Family violence,especial to the women,is a serious social question.Law is the most effective way to solve it.Some local codes and rules have been made,although there has been not Prevent and Refrain Family Violence Law.Be prescribed or not and how to prescribe is the key of the success in lawmaking in the future. |
