| 摘 要： | 网络言论是言论自由的一种主要表现方式,它具有不同于其他传播媒介的显著特点;网络言论自由的冲突主要表现在两方面:一是网络言论自由与公民权利的冲突;二是网络言论自由与公共管理的冲突;因此,对网络言论亟需进行必要的法律限制。
