| 摘 要： | 我国《信仿条例》于2005年5月1日起正式实施,这是我国人民群众政治生活中的一件大事。我国《信访条例》对于保持各级人民政府同人民群众的密切联系,保护信访人的合法权益,畅通信访渠道,创新信访工作机制,强化工作责任,维护信访秩序都具有十分重要的意义。
