| 摘 要： | 中南亚国家出于地区利益的需要进行多边引渡合作,打击严重危害本地区的恐怖主义犯罪、毒品犯罪和洗钱犯罪符合国际刑事司法合作的趋势,具备相应的法律实体要件和程序要件。这些具有地缘政治经济利益的区域国家间开展区域多边引渡合作是打击本地区严重跨国犯罪的必经之路。

| Abstract: | Middle and south Asia countries conduct multilateral deliver cooperation based on their regional interests to fight for the serious terrorism crime,drug and wash money crime.It is the trend of international criminal judicial cooperation.It also has the legal substantive and procedure essentials.This is the necessary way to fight serious trans-boundary crime. |
