| Abstract: | Article 146 of the General Principles of the Civil Law provides for the validity of conspiracy false representations,and its text is a transplant of the 117 relevant provisions of the German Civil Code. To improve the system of complicity and hypocrisy,it is necessary to perfect relevant specific laws and form a perfect and coordinated legal system to promote the development of legal system and society. |
