| 摘 要： | 我国未成年人刑事政策顺应国际化潮流、理念合理,但在立法、司法、行刑处遇以及预防等具体运行过程中却往往偏离甚至违背该理念。因此,我们应合理建构“国家社会双本位”的刑事政策,以期进一步完善我国未成年人刑事政策法律体系。
