| 摘 要： | 国家教育行政学院组织来自全国高校的中青年干部学员组成三个考察团,分赴广东、辽宁和上海等省市进行为期10天的学习考察活动。通过对不同地区高等教育和社会经济发展的深入考察,学员对在新形势下我国高等教育发展状况、大学发展与社会进步间的关系有了更透彻的思考,对我国由高等教育大国迈向高等教育强国的进程有了更坚定的信心。
