中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰66例临床观察

目的:观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰的临床疗效。方法:将66例CRF患者随机分为灌肠组和非灌肠组,观察中药保留灌肠对临床症状及体征、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)及24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)的影响。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组BUN、SCr及24 h Upro分别得到明显的改善,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药保留灌肠可改善肾功能。

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicinal Herbal Retention-enema to Treat 66 Cases of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese medicinal herbal retention-enema for the treatment of chronic renal failure.Method: 66 cases of chronic Renal Failure were randomly divided into two groups,one group is treated with retention-enema(treatment group),the other with non-retention-enema(control group).To investigate the effect of clinical symptom and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatine(SCr) and the fixed quantity of urea protein(Upro) within 24 hours of the two groups above mentioned.Result: The totle effective rate in treatment group was much higher than that in the control group.The clinical effect of treatment group was better than the control group on symptom(P<0.05).Variables such as BUN,SCr,24 h Upro also showed respectively significant improvement on the both groups(P<0.01).The clinical effect of treatment group was much better than the control group on symptom(P<0.01).Conclusion: Chinese medicinal herbal retention-enema decoction can improve the renal function.
