| 腰痛舒胶囊镇痛作用的实验研究 |

| 摘 要： | 目的：观察腰痛舒胶囊的镇痛作用。方法：运用热板法与扭体法，观察小鼠痛阚提高百分率与镇痛百分率。结果：腰痛舒胶囊能明显提高小鼠痛阈，对痛阈提高百分率与镇痛百分率有明显提高作用；同为人等效剂量时，腰痛舒的镇痛作用优于对照组腰痛宁。结论：腰痛舒胶囊具有显的镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the analgesic effects of Yaotongshu Capsule.Method:The increment percentage of analgesic threshold and analgesia percentage were observed by hot plate test and body twisting test.Result:Yaotongshu Capsule could obviously improve the increment percentage of analgesic threshold and analgesia percentage.The analgesic effects of Yaotongshu were superior to those of Yaotongning,when the dosage of Yaotongshu Capsule for animal was equivalent to that for human.Conclusion:Yaotongshu Capsule has obvious analgesic effects. |
