| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察胃萎汤对气虚血瘀证大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。方法 :用游泳劳损法制造气虚血瘀证大鼠模型 ,测定血液流变学指标。结果 :模型组大鼠的血液黏度明显增高 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;胃萎汤大、中、小治疗组的大鼠血液流变学指标均有明显的改善 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胃萎汤通过改善气虚血瘀大鼠的血液流变学指标以发挥益气活血作用。

Effect of Wei-wei Decoction on the Indexes of Blood Rheology of Rats with Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis Syndrome |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe effect of Wei-wei Decoction on the indexes of blood rheology of rats with Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis syndrome.Method:The rat model of Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis syndrome was induced by strain with swimming . The indexes of blood rheology were determined .Result:High blood viscosity significantly showed in the model group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The indexes of blood rheology in three Wei-wei Decoction dose treatment groups decreased apparently, compared with those in the model group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Wei-wei Decoction could improve the indexes of blood rheology in order to supplement Qi and activating blood circulation. |
