穴位注射不同药物对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的镇痛作用

目的：观察穴位注射不同药物对佐剂性关节炎大鼠镇痛作用，并探讨其机制，方法：Wistar雄性大鼠42只随机分为正常对照组、佐剂性关节炎模型组（模型组）、穴侠注射复方当归注射液组、穴位注射丹参注射液组、穴位注射正清风痛宁注射液组、穴位注射蜂毒注射液组，取右后肢足三里、昆仑、双侧肾俞穴、以痛阈、肿胀度、5－羟色胺（5－HT）、前列腺素E2（PGE2）、多巴胺（DA）为观测指标。结果：4种药物穴位注射均有疗效，其中峰毒注射液和当归注射液在提高痛阈，降低炎症局部组织5－HT、PGE2含量方面优于其他两组，而DA的含量在各组之间无显性差异，结论：穴位注射蜂毒注射液和复方当归注射液对佐剂性关节炎镇痛作用较好。

ANALGESIC EFFECT OF DIFFERENT DRUG POINT-INJECTION THERAPY IN RATS OF ADJUVANT ARTHRITIS

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of different drug point injection therapy in rats of adjuvant arthritis and study the mechanisms.Method:42 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal control group,the model group,the group of point injection with red sage,the group of point injection with Chinese angelica,the group of point injection with bee toxin,the group of point injection with Zhengqing Fengtong Ning.Zusanli(S 36)and Kunlun(B 60) of right side and Shengshu(B 23) of both sides were selected for pointinjection.Changes of pain threshold,extent of swelling of joint,and contents of 5 hydroxytryptamine(5 HT),prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2),dopamine(DA) in inflammatory tissue were observed.Result:The four therapies all had therapeutic effect on adjuvant arthritis.The group of bee toxin and Chinese angelica had the action of increasing pain threshold and decreasing the contents of 5 HT and PGE 2,and their effects were much better than those of the other two groups.The content of DA were similar among the four groups.Conclusion:The analgesic effects of acupoint injection with bee venom and Chinese angelica on adjuvant arthritis were superior to those of the other two drugs.
