芪丹通脉片对高脂血症大鼠血液、细胞流变性及红细胞膜流动性的影响

摘    要:目的:观察中药复方制剂芪丹通脉片(QDTMT)对高脂血症SD大鼠血液流变性,细胞流变性及红细胞膜流动性的影响。方法:复制高脂血症大鼠模型,同时用QDTMT灌胃。于第16d从眼眶静脉丛取血,测定血脂、血液流变性、细胞流变性及红细胞膜流动性。结果:QDTMT能降低实验性高脂血症大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原及红细胞聚集指数(AI),提高红细胞变形能力(DI),能够降低荧光偏振度,减少红细胞丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结论:QDTMT能明显改善高脂血症大鼠血脂紊乱、血液流变性,细胞流变性,红细胞膜流动性。

EFFECT OF QIDAN TONGMAI TABLET ON BLOOD LIPID,HEMORRHEOLOGY AND RED BLOOD CELL MEMBRANE FLUIDITY IN RATS WITH HYPERLIPEMIA
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Qidan Tongmai Tablet(QDTMT) on blood lipid, hemorrheology and red blood cell(RBC) membrane fluidity in rats with hyperlipoidemia. Method: QDTMT was administered to the rat model of hyperlipoidemia by gastrogavage. On the 16th day, blood was taken from the orbital veins of the rats, and the indexes of blood lipid, hemorrheology and RBC membrane fluidity of the rats were compared before and after the administration. Result: After the administration of QDTMT for 15 days, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were reduced. Deformation index(DI) was strengthened and aggregation index(AI) were decreased significantly. The fluorescence polarization degree and malonyldialdehyde of RBC membrane decreased. Conclusion: QDTMT can improve hemorrheological characteristics, reduce blood viscosity and RBC membrane fluidity as well as blood lipid.
