化瘀通淋方治疗慢性前列腺炎临床研究

目的:探讨化瘀通淋方治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效.方法:治疗组41例,服用化瘀通淋方;对照组30例,用氟哌酸、前列安栓治疗,疗程为1个月,对其疗效进行观察分析.结果:治疗组痊愈2例(4.9%),显效8例(19.5%),有效24例(58.5%),总显效率为24.4%,总有效率为82.9%.对照组痊愈1例(3.3%),显效5例(16.7%),有效14例(46.7%),总显效率为20%,总有效率为66.7%.两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:化瘀通淋方是治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方剂.

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Huayu Tonglin Recipe

Objective:To research the therapeutic effect of Huayu Tonglin Recipe in treating chronic prostatitis. Method: A randomized controlled trial was carried out. Seventy one patients with chronic prostatitis were separated into two groups. Treatment group (41 cases) was treated with Huayu Tonglin Recipe, control group (30 cases) with Qianlieanshuan,a patent traditional Chinese drug and Norfloxacin. The treatment course was 1 month. The clinical effects of these two groups were compared and analysed. Result: After 1 month of treatment, 2 cases (4.9%) were completely cured, remarkable effective in 8 cases,(19.5%), and improved in 24 cases (58.5%) in treatment group, the effective rate was 82.9%; in control group, 1 case (3.3%) was completely cured, remarkable effective in 5 cases (16.7%), and improved in 14 cases (46.7%), the total effective rate was 66.7%. The total effective rate showed significant difference between these two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Huayu Tonglin Recipe is an effective recipe for chronic prostatitis.
