| 摘 要： | 目的:考察不同条件下天麻素的提取情况。方法:采用正交试验法,以提取液中天麻素的含量为指标优选提取工艺条件。结果:提取的最佳条件为选用6倍药材量的600 ml/L乙醇提取3次,每次1.5 h。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the optimum processing condition of gastrodin.Methods:The optimum extraction process of gastrodin from gastrodia eleta BL.was carried out through orthogonal and multiple comparatible law.The quantities of gastrodin were determined by HPLC.Results:The opimum extracting conditions of gastrodin were as follows:6 times of 600 ml/L alcohol,extracting for three times,1.5 h each time. |
