耳鸣声学特征与中医证型关系的初步研究

目的：探析耳鸣声学特征与中医证型的关系。方法：按辨证将主观性耳鸣患者分为实证和虚证两组，检测耳鸣的客观声学特征。结果：实证组耳鸣频率低于虚证组（P〈0．05）；实证组耳鸣响度高于虚证组（P〈0．05）。结论：耳鸣频率和阈上声强与中医虚实分型存在一定的相关性。

The Initial Study on the Correlation between the Characteristics of Tinnitus Acoustics and the Types of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome

Objective: To explore and analyze the correlation between the characteristics of tinnistus acoustics and the types of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.Method:Patients with subjective tinnitus were divided into deficiency-syndrome group and excess-syndrome group according to traditional Chinese medicine differential diagnosis.The characteristics of the objective acoustics were examined.Result: The tinnitus frequency of excess-syndrome group was lower than that of deficiency syndrome group(P<0.05).The tinnitus volume of excess-syndrome group is higher than that of deficiency-syndrome guoup(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between tinnitus frequency and acoustic intensity above aural threshold and the types of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of deficiency and excess.
