| 摘 要： | 目的:研究李氏解酒方的解酒毒作用及其部分机制。方法:测定服用李氏解酒方前后小鼠翻正反射消失和恢复时间,全血乙醇浓度及小鼠肝、胃细胞匀浆中乙醇脱氢酶的活力变化。结果:李氏解酒方可缩短翻正反射恢复时间,降低醉酒小鼠全血乙醇含量,提高肝、胃组织乙醇脱氢酶活性。结论:李氏解酒方对预防和治疗醉酒有较好的作用,其机制与增强肝脏对乙醇的生物转化功能,降解乙醇有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of Lishi Jiejiu Recipe in treating alcoholism,and explore its mechanism.Methods: The time from righting reflex disappearing to its recovering,the blood concentration of ethanol and the activity of alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) in liver and stomach homogenate were examined in mice with acute alcoholism.Results: Lishi Jiejiu Recipe could shorten the recovering time of righting reflex,decrease the blood concentration of alcohol,and improve the activity of ADH in liver and stomach homogenate.Conclusion: Lishi Jiejiu Recipe has a good effect in preventing and treating alcoholism;its mechanism might be related with the increment of alcohol biotransformation and alcohol degradation in the liver. |
