针刺治疗失眠焦虑抑郁状态30例

目的观察针刺对失眠焦虑抑郁状态的疗效。方法将60例失眠焦虑抑郁状态患者随机分为针刺组和对照组，每组30例，分别采用针刺和舒乐安定治疗，疗程4周。治疗前后分别对两组患者进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh sleep quality index，PSQI）问卷、抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale，SDS）、焦虑自评量表（self—rating anxiety scale，SAS）评定。结果针刺组和对照组治疗前SDS、SAS评分显著高于国内常模（P〈0．05）；治疗后针刺组PSQI、SDS和SAS显著低于治疗前（P〈0．01），对照组PSQI和SAS评分也显著低于治疗前（P〈0．01），且针刺组SDS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论针刺对失眠及伴有的抑郁状态具有较好疗效，值得推广应用。

Acupuncture in the Treatment of Insomnia Complicated with Anxiety or Depression:A Report of 30 Cases
