右归饮合炙甘草汤对21例Shy—Drager综合征血压的影响

探讨右归饮合炙甘草汤对ＳＤＳ直立性低血压的治疗作用。方法：２１例ＳＤＳ口服右归饮合炙甘草汤４周，观察治疗前后卧－立位血压变化及头晕，晕症候的改善情况。结果：治疗前后卧－立位血压差明显改善，头晕减轻，晕厥消失，结论：右归饮合炙甘草汤对ＳＤＳ直立性低血压及头晕，晕厥有显著治疗作用。

EFFECT OF YOUGUI YIN AND ZHIGANCAO DECOCTION ON BLOOD PRESSURE IN 21 CASES OF SHYDRAGER SYNDROME

Objective :To probe into the curative effect of herebal medicine on blood pressure of ShyDrager syndrome patients. Methods:21 cases of ShyDrager syndrome were studied.Measures of the decubitus and orthotatic blood pressure were perforned.before and four weeks after treated with Yougui Yin and Zhigancao decoction.The clinical symptom of dizziness and faint were also observed before and after treatment. Results :After 21 patients received the treatment of those herbs,the differences between decubitus and orthotatic blood pressure were improved obviously compared with before treatment (P<0.01).Dizziness abated and faint dispeared. Conclusions:WTThe two drugs of Yougui Yin and Zhigancao decoction can attain the goal of improving orthostatic hypotension of ShyDrager syndrome patients.They are also effective in controlling dizziness and faint.
