| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨咸秋石的抗炎，退热的药理作用。方法：采用大鼠蛋清足跖浮肿容积法和化学刺激致热退热法，结果：该药和阿斯匹林均具有抑制蛋清性足跖肿胀和缓解大鼠体温升高的作用，且其水煎液（０．８ｇ／ｋｇ和１．６ｇ／ｋｇ）作用效果差别不太，但１．６ｇ／ｋｇ的咸秋石水煎液对大鼠有明显利尿，排便增多的现象，结论：咸秋石具有一定的抗炎，退热作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:Investigate the antiinflammatory and antifebrile effects of Sal praeparatum.Method:Employ the albumen inducedtoe swelling model and the chemical stimulated heat model on rats.Results:The decoction of this drug demonstrated the same antiinflammatory and antifebrile effects as aspirin;no difference existed between the dosage of 0.8g/kg and 1.6g/kg,but the 1.6g/kg dosage shown distinct diuretic and catharsis effects on rats.Conclusion:Sal praeparatum exhibits certain antiinflammatory and antifebrile effect. |
