电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定金寨地区仿野生茯苓不同部位及其土壤中11种无机元素

摘    要:目的 探究无机元素在金寨地区仿野生茯苓不同用药部位中的分布及在土壤中的富集特点。方法 采用微波消解法处理茯苓皮、白茯苓、赤茯苓及其菌核生长附近土壤,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定茯苓不同部位及其土壤中K、Na、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Se等11种无机元素含量。结果 金寨地区仿野生茯苓各部位元素分布有一定差异,大多数元素在茯苓皮中含量较高,茯苓不同部位总的无机元素含量从高至低顺序为茯苓皮、赤茯苓、白茯苓;茯苓不同部位对无机元素的吸收有选择性,但均以K、Fe、Mg、Na含量较高;茯苓不同部位对11种元素的富集系数存在差异,变化范围为0.005 2~0.782 3。结论 所建立的电感耦合等离子体质谱法简便、准确,适用于金寨地区仿野生茯苓不同部位及土壤中11种无机元素的含量测定。

Determination of Eleven Inorganic Elements in Different Parts of Wild-simulated Cultivated Poria cocos and Soil in Jinzhai, China by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution of inorganic elements in different medicinal parts of wild-simulated cultivated Poria cocos and their enrichment characteristics in soil in Jinzhai, China. Methods Microwave digestion was used for the treatment of Cortex Poriae Cocos, white Poria cocos, Rubra Poria, and the soil near the growth of the sclerotia, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of 11 inorganic elements (K, Na, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Se, Pb, Cr, and Cd) in different parts of Poria cocos and the soil. Results There were certain differences in the content of these inorganic elements between the different parts of wild-simulated cultivated Poria cocos in Jinzhai. Most elements were rich in Cortex Poriae Cocos, and Cortex Poriae Cocos had the highest total content of inorganic elements, followed by Rubra Poria and white Poria cocos. Different parts of Poria cocos had selective absorption of inorganic elements, but they had relatively high content of K, Fe, Mg, and Na. The enrichment coefficients of 11 elements varied between different parts of Poria cocos, ranging from 0.0052 to 0.7823. Conclusion Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry established in this study is simple and accurate and is applicable to the determination of 11 inorganic elements in different parts of wild-simulated cultivated Poria cocos and soil in Jinzhai.
