益肾续经汤治疗绝经过渡期月经过少临床观察

目的 观察益肾续经汤治疗绝经过渡期肾虚血瘀证月经过少的临床疗效。方法 将40例绝经过渡期月经过少患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例。治疗组予益肾续经汤治疗，对照组予戊酸雌二醇合甲羟孕酮序贯周期治疗，3个周期后评定疗效。结果 治疗组临床疗效优于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗组在改善经色暗红、腰骶酸痛、头晕耳鸣及小腹胀痛方面显著优于对照组（P<0.05，或P<0.01）。结论 益肾续经汤治疗月经过少有较好疗效，可明显改善相关症状。

Clinical Efficacy of Yishenxujing Decoction in Treatment of Hypomenorrhea during Menopausal Transition

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishenxujing Decoction in the treatment of hypomenorrhea with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis during menopausal transition.Methods Forty patients with hypomenorrhea during menopausal transition were randomly divided into treatment group (n=20) and control group (n=20). The treatment group received Yishenxujing Decoction, while the control group received sequential therapy using estradiol valerate combined with medroxyprogesterone; the therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3 courses of treatment. Results The treatment group had a better outcome than the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The treatment group showed significantly more relief of menstrual blood darkness, lumbosacral pain, dizziness and tinnitus, and lower abdominal pain and distension than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Yishenxujing Decoction has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of hypomenorrhea during menopausal transition and can relieve the symptoms.
