康复新液保留灌肠预防宫颈癌放疗后 放射性肠炎临床研究

目的 观察康复新液保留灌肠预防宫颈癌放射治疗后放射性肠炎的临床疗效。方法 将110例宫颈癌患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组55例。对照组进行单纯放射治疗，治疗组在放射治疗的同时予康复新液保留灌肠治疗，随访1年，观察和比较两组患者放射性肠炎的发生时间、放射性肠炎分级、严重程度、药物毒性和不良反应。结果 两组放射性肠炎发生时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组放射性肠炎分级比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组放射性肠炎严重程度明显轻于对照组；治疗组毒性及不良反应无明显增加。结论 康复新液保留灌肠能明显推迟宫颈癌放疗后放射性肠炎的发生时间，降低其发生率及严重程度，不增加毒性及不良反应。

Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Retention Enema in Preventing Radiation Enteritis after Radiotherapy for Cervical Cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid retention enema in preventing radiation enteritis after radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with cervical cancer were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table, with 55 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given radiotherapy alone, and those in the treatment group were given radiotherapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid retention enema. The patients were followed up for one year, and the two groups were compared in terms of time of onset, incidence rate, and severity of radiation enteritis, drug toxicity, and adverse events.Results There was a significant difference in the time of onset of radiation enteritis between the two groups (P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the distribution of radiation enteritis grade between the two groups(P<0.05), and the treatment group had significantly alleviated radiation enteritis than the control group. There were no significant increases in toxic and side effects in the treatment group.Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid retention enema can significantly postpone the time of onset of radiation enteritis after radiotherapy for cervical cancer and reduce the incidence rate and severity of radiation enteritis, and meanwhile, it does not increase toxic and side effects.
