积雪苷促进肛肠病术后创面愈合的临床疗效

目的 观察积雪苷对肛肠病术后创面愈合的促进作用与安全性。方法 采用随机对照临床试验设计，将180例肛肠病术后患者随机分为A组（术后仅常规清洁换药）、B组（术后积雪苷霜软膏外敷联合常规清洁换药）、C组（术后积雪苷霜软膏外敷联合积雪苷片口服及常规清洁换药），每组60例；分别记录3组患者术后第1天、第5天、第10天创面缩小率、疼痛评分、组织生长情况评分、分泌物情况评分、创面愈合时间及治疗期间的不良反应情况。结果 术后C组创面缩小率、疼痛评分均显著优于A组和B组（P＜0.05），术后C组组织生长情况、分泌物情况均显著优于A组（P＜0.05），术后C组患者创面愈合时间较短且临床疗效较好（P＜0.05）。各组受试者在治疗期间均未发现不良反应，无桥型愈合病例。结论 积雪苷霜软膏和片剂联合使用的疗效明显优于单用积雪苷霜软膏或常规清洁换药，对各类肛肠病术后的创面愈合具有显著的促进作用。

Clinical Effect of Asiaticoside in Promoting Wound Healing after Anorectal Surgeries

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of asiaticoside in promoting wound healing after anorectal surgeries. Methods A total of 180 patients after anorectal surgeries were enrolled in this randomized controlled study and were divided into group A (routine dressing change alone after surgery), group B (external application of asiaticoside ointment+routine dressing change after surgery), and group C (external application of asiaticoside ointment+oral administration of asiaticoside tablets+routine dressing change after surgery), with 60 patients in each group. Related indices were recorded on days 1, 5, and 10 after surgery, including wound reduction rate, pain score, tissue growth score, secretion score, and wound healing time, and the incidence rate of adverse events was recorded during treatment. Results After surgery, group C had significantly better wound reduction rate and pain score than groups A and B (P<0.05) and significantly better situations of tissue growth and secretion than group A (P<0.05), with the shortest wound healing time and the best treatment outcome (P<0.05). No adverse event was observed during treatment, and there were no cases of pseudo-healing. Conclusion The combination of asiaticoside ointment and asiaticoside tablets has significantly better efficacy than asiaticoside ointment or routine dressing change alone and can significantly promote wound healing after various anorectal surgeries.
