| 摘 要： | 现今公交车起火爆炸案件不断出现，可看出该类案件的特点是：对象为不特定的乘客，携带易燃易爆物品上车，报复社会和后果严重。该类案件产生的原因是：个人不健全的人格素质、社会不良诱因的刺激、公交车安全防范成本高昂及危爆物品的物理特性和对起火爆炸犯罪的影响。措施：安装智能危爆物品安全检查系统，加大违法违规行为的处罚力度，协同其他部门搞好缉枪缉爆工作，加强社会公众的安全教育等。

| Abstract: | Bus explosions take place now and then. The characteristics of these cases are ： Offenders are unstable passengers who take inflammable and explosive materials with attempt to revenge on society and commit serious crime. The reasons for these cases are： offenders are incomplete in personality and are influenced by unhealthy inducement. The prevention for bus security is costly. The physical features of inflammable and explosive materials lead to fire and explosion. Measures to take ： to equip intelli-gent security inspective system, strengthen punishment for illegal act, work with other department to fight against firearms and ex- plosion and improve social public security education, and etc. |
