公安机关和谐警队建设研究

和谐警营是指公安队伍的各个要素和部分平衡的协调发展，是一种民警通过各司其职、各尽其能、各得其所来打造的充满活力、积极向上、内外融洽、创新发展的良好局面。和谐警营的构建有着重大意义，近年来在全社会都在为构建和谐社会努力的环境下，构建和谐警队也被许多公安机关提到重要的日程上来，公安理论工作者也对和谐警队的构建进行了许多研究，本文试从和谐警队概念人手阐述和谐警队的构建。

It＇s a kind of police through the sides ,all belongs to efficient to built a dynamic, positive, internal and external harmony,innovational and developed situation. It has a big significant to built zhe harmonious police force. In recent years, The whole society are in efforts to build a harmonious society en- vironment, many police organs place the harmonious police force building on the agenda, and public security theory workers also do many studies on the harmonious police force building.
