中国政党制度创制得以成立的理论根据

中国的政党制度运作有效、成绩斐然，但却相对欠缺专门理论体系的根据支撑，而当今通行的（即所谓西方的）政治学又不能为这种理论根据提供准确理解和分类规范。针对这种情况，本文的分析论证表明，中国政党制度创制得以成立的理论根据，在于它具有范畴沟通及其应用的普适性、特色创制的合法性、以及道义为善的合理性；从学科意义上讲，这种创制的理论同样可以具有与通行政治学进行沟通和范畴应用的相应话语；中国政党制度的特殊性和普适性提供了政治学理论的创新内容，其主要含义在于创制与发展相同一的政治文明。基于这些认识，本文针对如何改变当前理论滞后于实践的情况、以及建构既具有中国特色又具有范畴普适性的政党理论体系，提出了切合实际的思路。

Theoretical Basis for the Initiation of China’s Political Party System

China＇ s political party system of specialized theoretical system is relatively ern） political science can＇t provide accurate runs effectively and prolifically. However, the support from its basis insufficient. The contemporary influential （ i. e. the so called West- understanding or proper categorization for this type of theoretical ha sis. Aimed at this situation, this paper argues that the theoretical basis for the successful initiation of China＇ s polit ical party system lies in its universality in conceptual communication and application, its legality in particular initia tion, and its rationality in justice as virtues. From the view of academic fields, this initiated theory also has dis course corresponding to the prevailing political science for communication and conceptual application. The particu larity and universality of China＇ s political party system provide new contents for political theory. It major implica tion lies in the political civilization of uniting initiation and development. Based on these understandings proposes practical ideas on how to change the current problem of theory lagging behind practice, and to theoretical system with both Chinese characteristics and conceptual universality on political parties , this paper construct a
