| Abstract: | In the period of its governance in Shan-Gan-Ning Border Region, the CPC took the border region as the experiment of all work, and took the people＇ s maximum benefit and support by the people as the value to advance the political democracy, perfect the legal system, build honest government, advocate investigation, lead the cause of developing economy, education and culture and health, which displayed the party＇ s governance image of democracy, honest and for the people. |
