| 摘 要： | 1956年9月26日党的八大上通过的《中国共产党章程》,是建国后中国共产党制定的第一部党章,党在执政后面临的一系列形势和任务的变化,都在＂八大＂党章中得到充分体现和贯彻。修改党章的工作是从1955年9月开始的。作为修改党章和修改党章报告起草委员会成员,胡乔木全程承担了修改党章和起草党章报告的任务,先后多次出席中央会议。按照毛泽东、刘少奇、邓小平等的指示,会议广泛征求意见和讨论意见,对党章进行了多次修改。
