| 摘 要： | 黑社会性质犯罪作为一种社会存在有其特有的社会属性。它是因果关系最为复杂的社会问题,是社会危害最为严重的刑事犯罪,是影响社会政治稳定的严肃的政治问题。认识黑社会性质犯罪的社会属性,对黑社会性质犯罪进行定性研究,是解决黑社会性质犯罪问题的前提条件。
