| 摘 要： | 研究社会主义社会警民关系具有非常重要的理论意义和现实意义。界定警民关系的本质属性是研究警民关系的理论前提。警民和谐是社会主义社会警民关系的本质属性,其矛盾性质是人民内部矛盾;社会主义社会和谐警民关系的本质属性,必然表现为需要关系、服务关系、平等关系、合作关系和友善关系的特征,这五种特征是相互联系、相互作用的有机整体。社会主义社会和谐警民关系是以满足需要、平等互助为基础,以服务、合作为基本内容,以情感友善关系为纽带的新型和谐的社会关系。

| Abstract: | Research on the relationship between police and residents in socialism has important theoretical and practical significance.Definition its essential attribute is the theoretical premise for research this relationship.harmonious relationship between police and residents is its essential attribute,its contradiction nature is contradictions among the people;the essential attribute inevitely reflect on some basic characteristics,they are the relationship of need,service,equality,cooperation and friendship.These characteristics are a interactive organic system.Harmonious relationship between police and residents in socialism take meet requirements,equality and interactionas the base,take the kind emotional relationship as the ligament. |
