Basically, social public masses' psychological prejudices are a reflection of many deep-level problems during public security's job and the building of the public security force. Police's public relations refer to establishing the mutual understanding and relying relationship between the police organization and social public masses, which direct at forming a good image and reputation in the social public masses by two-way communication so as to obtain understanding, support and cooperation. It aims at adjusting the organization to surroundings and vice versa in order to promote the organization's development and the realization of purposes.
