| 摘 要： | 城市的区域化发展和个性化发展及其相应的发展水平与城市犯罪有着密切的关系，城市发展的进程应该与城市现代化的进程同步。但是，在城市发展或现代化的进程中，处于动态变化之中的城市系统会从各个方面影响城市犯罪问题，有抑制，也有加剧，且多种多样。相应地，其防控模式也呈现多元化趋势，如快速反应的模式、西方国家的犯罪情境防控模式、新加坡的儒家营建家庭的犯罪防控模式、英国犯罪防控的警务模式等。

| Abstract: | Urban area, urban personalization and corresponding developmental level have a close relationship with city crime. The developmental course should keep up with the modernization, but the dynamic city system would take its action on city crime in the developmental or modern course. For instance, it would restrain or intensify city crime. Accordingly the control system becomes diversity, such as, quick reaction mode, western countries criminal situation control mode, Singapore Confucian family crime control mode, English crime control policing mode, and so on. |
