| Abstract: | The restorative policing originates from the expansion of the western restorative policing in the police area. The restorative policing undertaken by the police gradually evolved from the restorative justice which needs the police to take responsibility. The restorative policing serves for the community and puts emphasis on the restoration of the community relations,which is a meaningful reference for the policing reform in China. |
