| 摘 要： | 《禁毒法》中规定的自愿戒毒、社区戒毒（康复）、强制隔离戒毒和药物维持治疗构成一个新的戒毒体系。这几种戒毒模式互为补充,无论是内涵、工作内容、范围、接受对象还是执行的主体,都有一定差异。探析美沙酮维持疗法与社区戒毒模式的本质有助于更好地开展戒毒工作。

| Abstract: | The voluntary rehabilitation,community rehabilitation,mandatory isolation dead diction and drug maintenance curing method in the Anti-drug Law stipulated a new anti-drug system. These several modes complement each other. There are certain differences among these modes in respect to their connotation as well as working content and their accepting objects. Making clear of their nature will help to develop the rehabilitation work. |
