公安院校“三位一体”公务员考试辅导体系设计

公务员考试已日益成为公安院校关注的焦点,提高考试通过率不仅是解决学生就业的任务,而是打造院校社会品牌、吸引优质生源的着力点。基于此,公安院校对学生公考的重视程度日益提高,对公考辅导的相关探索和实践也尤为紧迫。公务员考试辅导不应是一时的、零散的、随意的、可有可无的,应将其作为整体纳入人才培养方案中,努力探索以"条块结合"为特征的公考辅导课程主体、以多样灵活的教学管理为辅助、以丰富多元的校园文化为补充的"三位一体"的公务员考试辅导体系。

Designing the Triad of Tutoring System for Police Colleges Civil Service Exam

As civil service exam has increasingly become the focus of police colleges, improving the pass rate is not only the objective and task of solving students＇ employment problem, but also the focus of enhancing colleges＇ reputation and attracting excellent students. However, at present the research and practice of civil service exam tutorial program and its extension are still in initial and exploratory stage in police colleges with feature of disorder and differentiation. The author believes that the civil service exam tutorial program should be included as a whole in talent training programs instead of being temporary, scattered, random and dispensable. Efforts must be made to build the triad of tutoring system for civil service exam that relies on tutorial programs with characteristic of compartmentalized integration as the mainstay, a variety of flexible teaching management as auxiliary and rich and diverse campus culture as complement.
