关于加强公安院校民警培训建设的战略性思考

我国绝大多数公安院校，都肩负着学历教育与民警培训的双重任务。然而，有些公安院校一个时期出现了一边硬、一边软的民警培训被边缘化的倾向，中共中央据此明确作出必须加强民警培训工作的战略决策。公安院校必须立即把强化民警培训工作提到重要议事日程上来。深刻研究和具体把握民警培训同学历教育所具有的特点；强化民警培训教学领域改革和教学方式方法改革；强化民警培训教师队伍建设；强化民警培训物质基础保障以及加强民警培训组织保证。务必使公安院校民警培训这根支柱，同学历教育这根支柱一样坚挺起来。以适应和符合加强公安队伍建设的迫切需要。
