| 摘 要： | 整容业在迅速升温的同时，引发的问题也日益突出。具体表现在以下方面：违法犯罪分子通过整容逃避公安机关的侦查；整容后容貌发生变化，引发身份认定问题；整容医疗事故和纠纷增多，有可能引发群体性事件。公安机关把整容业纳入特种行业管理的制度建议：对整容从业人员的管理制度有承接验证登记制度、情况报告制度、协助检查制度；对整容人员的管理制度有登记备案制度、整容审批制度，对整容人员的身份证管理制度。

| Abstract: | As cosmetology becomes more and more popular, there are many problems appearing. For example, law breakers escape the investigation of public security through cosmetology; the changes after cosmetology raise identification problems; the increase of cosmetology medical malpractices may bring the collective events. The suggestion of putting cosmetology into special trade management system: the management system for cosmetology practitioner includes interface validation register system, condition report system, and assistant examination system, putting the management system on the records, examination system, and identification management of the patients. |
