| 摘 要： | 我国现行户籍管理制度已不能完全适应市场经济发展的需要,它限制了作为重要生产要素人的自由流动,限制了人的创造性,阻碍了市场对资源的有效配置,从而延缓了城市化的进程,限制了经济的发展。必须对其进行改革;而户籍制度改革的最终目的就是要实现公民的迁徙自由,没有迁徙自由,就没有劳动力市场。

| Abstract: | Our country present household register control system has not been able completely to meet the market economy need to develop. It has limited the freedom flowed of person as the important element of production, limited person's creativity, hindered the effective disposition of market to resources, and thus delayed the urbanized advancement and limited the economical development. It must be reformed. However, the final goal to reform household register system must realize the citizen's freedom to change one's residence. The unfreedom to change one's residence, has not had the labor market. |
