| 摘 要： | 作者在对我国部分发达地区与部分边疆民族地区的工伤保险立法及其工伤保险的适用范围、工伤保险的费率机制、工伤的范围、劳动能力鉴定、工伤保险基金与工伤保险待遇等进行比较研究的基础上,指出了部分边疆民族地区工伤保险立法存在的问题,提出了完善其工伤保险立法的建议。

| Abstract: | Author compare industrial injury insurance legislation and their industrial injury insurance apply scope,the industrial injury insurance of fee rate mechanism,industrial injury of the scope,the labor ability authenticate,the industrial injury insurance fund and the industrial injury insurance treatment of our country parts of flourishing regions with those of the parts of frontier race regions.On the base of comparison,author point out the existent problems of industrial injury insurance legislation in the parts of frontier race regions,and put forward the suggestions of perfect their industrial injury insurance legislation. |
