| 摘 要： | 财产刑作为刑罚体系中重要的手段之一,其能否得到有效执行是国家实现刑罚权的重要体现。目前财产刑的执行状况令人担忧,大量的财产刑得不到有效的执行,严重损坏了国家刑罚威严的形象。本文分析了造成财产刑执行难的原因,并在现行的法律规定下,提出了力所能及的改进措施。

| Abstract: | The property penalty is one of the most important kind of penalty in our penalty system,wether it could be executed efficiently or not reflects the reality of the carrying out of penalty in our country.Presently,the situation of property penalty executing is not optlmistical and lots of property penalties couldn t be executed.This attaints the authority of our country's penalty.This article analyzes the reason to the phenomena and puts forward countermeasures which we could take under the actual law. |
