| 摘 要： | 大理国时期,是彝族发展过程中一个极为重要的阶段。在这一时期,彝族的社会、经济、文化都得到了全面的发展,在古代少数民族地区社会控制中充当重要角色的习惯法也得到了发展。这一时期彝族地区社会组织,日常生活及刑事法律方面均形成了内容丰富,特色鲜明的习惯法规则,并在其生产、生活实践中发挥着比官方法更为重要的作用。

| Abstract: | It is a very important stage for the development of Yi people in the Dali kingdom period.In this period,socity,economy and culture all had been developed.customary law which had a very important role for social control in early minority socity also had been developed in this period.The customary law of Yi people in this period which include social system,every day living and criminal justice had more important function than official law in this period. |
