| 摘 要： | QQ号码的使用随着互联网的飞速发展而普及,其法律性质尚未明确,用户权利得不到有效保护。本文通过对虚拟财产、网络财产的分析揭示QQ号码的物权属性。针对这一属性,对由于侵权责任人的原因造成的对原用户的损害,笔者认为可采取恢复原状和损害赔偿的保护方法。

| Abstract: | The QQ Number is popularizing as the development of the Internet However, there is no exact theory about its legal nature. The user' s right can' t be protected effectively. The article will reveal the nature by analyse the intangible property and the network property . Be aimed at the nature, the artist' s viewpoint is that the measures which Restitution in integrum and Damages should be taken when the user' s right be damaged because of others' Tor-tious delinquency. |
