| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国的就业体制和机制都发生了深刻的变化，社会大环境也发生了变化，新的就业文化正在形成。受社会结构变动的影响，在青年特点的作用下，青年群体旧有的就业文化发生转型，新的就业文化正在构建。

| Abstract: | Since the policy of reformation and ＂opening to the world＂ was carried out in China, great changes have taken place in Chinese employment system and mechanism. Further more, the general social enviromnent has also changed, and the new employment culture is coming into being. Influenced by the changes of social structure and the youth＇s features, the youth＇s original employment culture has transformed, and the new employment culture is being constructed. |
