健全新生代农民工利益诉求表达机制研究

作为农民工内部代际更替的产物，新生代农民工已成为我国农民工大军的主体。与第一代农民工一样，新生代农民工为我国城市化、工业化做出了巨大贡献，也以劳动力转移的方式推进了我国的现代化建设。但是，目前新生代农民工的政治、经济和社会生活状况令人堪忧。健全新生代农民工利益诉求表达机制，推进我国解决三农问题和全面建成小康社会，需要我们从主观能力提升、渠道拓展、制度化和组织化建设、服务型政府构建等方面做出努力。

Research on Establishing the Expression System for Newly-born Peasant Workers’ Interests and Appeals

As the result of evolution between different generations of peasant workers, the newly-born peasant workers have become the main force among Chinese peasant workers. Just like the first generation of peasant workers, the newly-born ones have made great contributions to urbanization and industrialization in China, and has promoted our modernization by means of labor transformation as well. However, nowadays, the newly-born peasant workers’ status quo in politics, economy and social life makes us worried. In order to realize the aims such as establishing the expression system for their interests and appeals, solving the problems related to agriculture, villages, and farmers, and establishing an over-all well society, we should begin with the aspects such as promoting the workers’ competence, exploring new approaches, establishing related systems and organizations, constructing service-oriented government, and so on.
