| 摘 要： | 产学互动是高职教育适应经济发展需要、谋求教育资源与社会目标协调发展的必然选择。产学互动会计人才培养模式，是一种利用学校、企业和社会不同的教育资源和教育环境，以培养适合行业、企业需要的应用型会计人才为主要目的的教育模式。然而，目前高职会计专业课程设置存在诸多问题，不利于新型会计人才的培养，应以产学互动为背景，建立一套符合人才培养模式的会计课程体系。
